Dosa Express was founded by Sivasankari, an immigrant woman entrepreneur whose journey began in a small village, surrounded by the warmth of a pure vegetarian home and the rich traditions of a Tamil family. From an early age, she watched her mother and grandmother transform simple ingredients into unforgettable meals โ€” each dish prepared with patience, love, and devotion.
